2. Shipping Times

Once your order is manufactured and quality-checked, it will be shipped out. Shipping times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the carrier network to update the tracking information.

4. Shipping Address Modifications

Important Notice: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters production or has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
